Little Blue Dress

Here we are with yet another dress, but I just couldn't resist because I love the chic cut and simplicity of this one.  It can be paired with a million different accessories, but here I chose these beautiful, tribal painted earrings that give a subtle pop of color to the outfit.  Turtlenecks and mock-neck style tops are super trendy right now and are perfect for transitioning in between summer and fall. Another great item for the in-between phase are my heels because the sandal design and suede material incorporates aspects of both seasons.  As much as I love patterns and colors, a classic dress like this is a crucial item for any girl to have in her closet.

Roses Are Red...

One of my favorite clothing pieces to wear are sundresses, and this floral one paired with a gold watch and dangly earrings was perfect for going to a sunflower field.  I love when clothing has details on the back, and this dress doubles as open backed and strappy which adds so much more interest to the outfit than a regular spaghetti strap would.  Red is a flattering color on all skin tones, but I especially like it for summer time against tan skin.  My brown leather sandals are pretty basic, but I can throw them on with almost anything since they are so simple.  I didn't even realize until I was going through these photos that my dress, jewelry, and background were all floral, but going along with the theme here, I put on some dangly flower earrings to make it a little more dressy.  Sandals and a sundress is a staple outfit for warm weather, and this outfit is one of my go to choices for school, graduation parties, grabbing lunch with friends, and for my day at the sunflower field.
